Our new spreader is equipped with reliable and easy-to-use Rootsey electronic dose control. The use of such a solution guarantees high precision of fertilization, regardless of the speed at which the tractor with the spreader moves. The control is complemented by a GPS speed sensor, which reads the current speed with a precision of 0.1 km and enables quick aggregation to any tractor on the farm without the need for the troublesome installation of the speed sensor on the wheel. Opening and closing the outlets can be done with just one button.

MINIMIZATION OF PRODUCTION COSTS

Thanks to our electronic control, you reduce uncontrolled fertilizer output related to speed fluctuations, and thus shorten valuable working time.

PAINT COATING

During the production process, all components are thoroughly cleaned and then covered with two layers of powder paint (priming paint and UV-resistant paint). The working elements (seeding discs, blades, shutters at the bottom of the hopper and all covers) are made of stainless steel, ensuring long-term and reliable operation of the spreader.

EFFECTIVE ECCENTRIC MIXER

The agitator mounted on an eccentric ensures a free and even flow of fertilizer directly onto the disc, and thanks to involuntary forced movements, it does not lead to crumbling and dusting, even with closed gates and the tractor's PTO drive. Moreover, this solution prevents damage to the mixer teeth if any unwanted object gets into the fertilizer (e.g. a lump of fertilizer, a branch, etc.).

BORDER SOWING

Our offer also includes border spreading paddles adapted to all LANGREN spreaders. The paddles are used to spread fertilizer at the field border. They enable fertilization near the edges of fields or ditches to avoid crop losses and to avoid spreading fertilizer to a nearby watercourse or adjacent field. Border sowing is therefore important not only for crop yield but also for the environment.
